YOUR ROLE
The Manager, Content Marketing and CRM will be responsible for planning and executing content strategies for our Laundry and Home Care brands, as well as supporting our CRM program across the Henkel Consumer Brands portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart – someone with experience aligning various forms of content to different audiences and environments along the path-to-purchase. Data and insights are the driving forces behind our content marketing efforts. This person should be comfortable harnessing data and insights for content creation, and for building strong frameworks for data acquisition.
Project management of CRM strategy and programs
Steer CRM program roadmap in alignment with global CRM stakeholders
Closely collaborate with brands on lead generation and content marketing campaigns in support of business goals
Support data-driven lead acquisition and retention strategy which may include paid media campaigns (social, affiliate, search, co-reg), promotions and incentives, and email journeys and campaigns
Drive email marketing strategy for HCB brands in connection with CRM in collaboration with email and creative agencies
Manage CRM and content agency relationships with counsel from legal, customer care, and R&D
Own CRM budget and KPI tracker, and regularly socialize results, learnings and updates with local and global leadership teams
Upskill organization as subject matter expert in content marketing
