YOUR ROLE

• Deploy digital platforms and tools in our sites in line with Internal Customer expectations
• Lead deployment cell(s), a cross-functional team from Regional Operations and Digital resources
• Deliver the project within time, scope and budget
• Enable value realization from digital after deployment
• Works closely with digital organization Define and deliver regional deployment roadmap within area of responsibility
• Collaborate with regional AOD and senior management to drive the organization’s business development and initiatives
• Conduct detailed analyses on various supply chain topics to enable effective decision making

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with a strong operational and digital bias
• BSc degree in relevant subject is a must & MSc degree specializing in digital is an advantage
• Excellent change, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven track record in executing complex projects and managing multiple stakeholders
• Proactive and collaborative working style
• Outstanding analytical skills, including financial business case creation
• Eager to learn with interest in new technologies, digitization, and data analysis
