- Preparing field tour plans and day-to-day customer analysis;
- Visiting customers from the corresponding part of the field;
- Expanding the range of Henkel products from the Adhesive Technologies division to existing customers and finding new customers;
- Product positioning and suggesting new business improvement opportunities;
- Monitoring retailers and distributors stock level, as well as monitoring sales results for Henkel Adhesives brands;
- Sending orders to the distributor and daily reporting on the current stock level of the goods;
- Keeping good interpersonal relationships with distributors and retailers;
- Exchanging information on situation on the site;
- Monitoring novelties in the products and adequate presentation to its customers;
- Providing proper information about products and methods of application for the purpose of easier and faster sales;
- Conducting presentation to potential customers and retailers;
- Monitoring costs and sending monthly reports.
