- Provide art direction and develop concepts and themes for graphic design requests
- Process advanced/complex graphic design requests
- Lead and oversee pilot projects; Quality check of requests and providing feedback to designers
- Accountable for overall design elements, project execution and responsible for providing creative direction and input, and ensuring that the final product matches the aligned design concept
- Collaborate with local team and offshore stakeholders to conceptualize design and align timelines
