YOUR ROLE

• Creation and support the most effective use of resources in terms of equipment and human resources
  
• Manage and plan the work with advice as well as solving initial problems for employees
  
• Plan, control and monitor the results of the daily management of the responsible department
  
• Supervise and control the quality system GMP, ISO, 5S and related quality systems
  
• Implements cost-saving strategies and techniques
  
• Reporting to the Production Manager and serving as a key driver of production to ensure that the strengthen of production organization
  
• Lead / Support for problem solving process to achieve the quality target
  
• Find the way of protect & solve problem, develop, reduce production cost and increase production efficiency
  
• Support to provide the process time standard and process methodology to ensure the process stability and effective in process cost
  
• Other tasks assign by Production Manager

YOUR SKILLS

• Male or Female age between 28-35 years old.
  
• Bachelor’s or Higher Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.
  
• More than 3 years working experience in Production.
  
• Excellent coaching and communication skills. Able to work under pressure and have problem solving skills, positive thinking, ability to work with cross functional teams.
  
• Experienced in installing machines and facilities for new models and mass production.
  
• Able to prepare standard for Work Instruction for training to operators.         
  
• Having knowledge reducing production recovery yield.
  
• Having experience of improvement process for support process capacity.
  
• Able to analyze processes to increase productivity.
  
• Having knowledge OEE.
  
• Good Command in English/Computer literate
  
• Good communication skills
