  • Managing laundry business from marketing and commercial perspective.
  • Develop, implement marketing activities to achieve business objective
  • Responsible for overall laundry brand marketing strategy including, portfolio, NPD, pricing, communication, etc.
  • Implement annual marketing plans to ensure business objectives are achieved
  • Lead Laundry brands media plan development and digital marketing activities include digital platform and e-commerce
  • Regular analysis of business performance and competitive activities and proactively leading the action plans
  • Optimize the investment efficiency & effectiveness by continuous ROI review
  • Agency management include media, advertising, PR and market research house
  • Well manage 0800 hotline, E-mail inquiry to deliver great consumer service level

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree is plus
  • Minimum 5 years FMCG brand marketing experience. Involvement in digital/e-commerce platform is highly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience, strong internal and external stakeholders’ management skills
  • Ability to work independently and deal with ambiguity; effectively collaborate in decision-making and motivate staff toward to results. Experience working in a highly matrixes organization will be an advantage
  • Passionate about our company, brand and products good team player and be positive, and able to find simple ways to solve complex problems
  • Ability to influence others in leading changes; can lead initiatives and project team
