YOUR ROLE
- Provide global second level user support for all HR applications based on SAP and non-SAP platforms; Support includes, but is not limited to, SAP batch input file creation, mass uploads, data quality checks, records maintenance, etc.
- Support SAP Authorizations and Tools Support, Process & Operations, particularly in gathering approvals
- Do regular and ad-hoc reporting in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) module and SAP HR Business Warehouse
- Perform troubleshooting and coordinate with IT for technical issues or configuration change requests related to HR systems
- Provide global backend system support for annual cyclical HR processes and interface with stakeholders
- Execute processes according to standard templates assuring the defined service commitments and Service Level Agreement
