- Making shipment organization based on customer’s orders,
- Preparing export documents,
- Follow up customs duties with relevant customs broker.
- Follow up export process with customs broker and internal departments (logistics, customer service, quality),
- Follow up shipments with transport companies,
- Keep system up to date,
- Execute handling all related banking process of export,
- Controlling all related invoices regarding transport & customs charges and forwarding to finance department.
