- Oversee three operating models that enable business expansion across untapped markets: Standard Distribution Model, Premium Partnership Model, Distribution and Manufacturing Licensing Model.
- Put your conceptualization skills to test as you craft a winning playbook for each model, including, when to use each one and detailing the implementing action steps covering the entire lifecycle from Business Case Development to Onboarding, Enabling, Market & Sales and performance reviews.
- Define and standardize the selection and onboarding process, including assessing business/strategic fit, conducting risk assessments, and establishing legal agreements.
- Enable, define and standardize how we assess our partners’ salesforces across technical and selling skills, including developing comprehensive training programs.
- Creation of incentive programs and rebate schemes that accelerate business growth.
- Fuel a process to systematically segment partners, manage their performance, and handle termination and renewal process to ensure long-term success and growth.
- Collaborate in digitization efforts to improve efficiency and utilization of systems to manage partners
- Enhance the utilization of existing channels partners with a view to integrate or split and simplify where appropriate.
