  • Develops strategy and action plan for specific area of responsibility;
  • Implements sales strategy with the help of the local sales team/his/her direct reports;
  • Establishes and maintains strong commercial relations with major accounts;
  • Achieves sales and distribution targets and monitors key KPIs;
  • Trains and coaches the sales team for sales excellence;
  • Utilizes resources and marketing tools to develop sell-through marketing strategies for customers. 


  • Bachelor's degree Graduation Completed - MBA/ Post Graduation is a plus;
  • Strong Experience on B2B Sales;
  • Knowledge about the sales process of Mining or O&G industry;
  • Advanced English is a must;
  • Knowledge on CRM;
  • Experience with distributors;
  • Great Leadership skills;
  • Persuasion and negotiation skills;
  • Active listening; Organization; Sense of responsibility; Great Communication; and  Team Building;
  • Analytical Thinking; 
  • Valid drivers license;
  • This role will be responsible for the Brazil regions: Southeast (minus SP), Midwest, North and North East;
  • This is an external sales position, working home office, travelling around the regions to meet clients: Travel up to 50% of the time.
  • This position can be based in any capital within the regions of responsibility.
