- Overviewing Adhesives Technologies sales operation via assuming responsibility for the Packaging Adhesives strategic business unit focusing on Flexible Packaging and coatings segment
- Maximizing strategic targets, developing new business opportunities and ensuring further grow of the business with value selling approach within the responsible area
- Coordinating existing sales activities for the customer portfolio
- Traveling around Turkey to participate customer meetings and trials in case of business necessities
- Responsible from managing the relation and commercially/technically development of the direct customers as well as distributors within responsible area
- Conducting market analysis to understand market trends & dynamics
- Close communication with global/regional teams to lead management of global/local key accounts, by launching new products and projects under the responsibility
