YOUR ROLE
- Develop marketing plan and execution rhythm in conjunction with sales team to drive growth and achieve financial targets of Adhesive General Manufacturing & Maintenance Business
- Support sales and marketing ad-hoc projects including sales promotion, NPI process, and product management
- Identify new leads by managing marketing funnel from target industries and applications
- Define and accomplish local marketing activities like tradeshows, webinars, sales conferences with close cooperation with sales and technical teams
- Responsible for market analysis, channel marketing activities, social media management and media advertising
- Support executing local roll out of global/regional marketing campaigns: contents localization, marketing assets development, projects execution, country marketing budget planning and implementation within guidelines
- Product and label packaging management: keeping the regulatory requirements on consumer adhesive products by conducting label process on a regular basis
