YOUR ROLE
- Support the respective Business or Function Head in Adhesive Technologies in the execution of the business strategy and the achievement of financial KPIs
- Propose actions and solutions to improve overall profitability and specific KPIs
- Identify risk areas and opportunities
- Track KPIs and offer in-depth analysis with proposed solutions for areas of improvement • Implement measures for controlling process optimization
- Support the respective regional sales organization with meaningful financial analyses
- Work closely with the team in the Shared Service Center and delegate tasks to improve productivity
- Create, use and provise of data via BI tools as well as support of automation and digitalization processes
- Determine root causes of performance variances
