YOUR ROLE

• Executes local sales plans and strategy in line to maintain and develop existing and acquire new customers
• Conducts field, market, job site or store visits; follows up on store implementation/promotion, in-store stock levels, identifies gaps
• Executes pricing and promotional actions
• Set, monitor and achieve sales targets
• Maintain constant contact with customers and attending regular face-to-face meetings
• Working location: Triveneto

YOUR SKILLS

• Degree in Sales, Business Administration or relevant field
• Previous experience between a minimum of 1-2 years and a maximum of 3-4 years, as in-store account, merchandiser or sales account, preferably in a FMCG company
• Excellent analytical, organizational and negotiation skills
• Good communication skills
• Good level of English language, Italian is mandatory
