- Define global mid-term strategy and activity plan for hair care category across
JP/CN/APAC region aligned with overall brand & business strategy - Lead and manage key strategic marketing/communication activities & engaging
campaigns / on-line and off-line tools throughout customer journey touch points - Drive and support new expansion to e-commerce channel across all regions,
provide marketing support tools and monitor KPIs - Manage marketing budget and track category project KPIs
- Close collaboration with internal/external stakeholders, creative / digital agencies
and ensure continuous engagement with country teams - Lead and engage in cross-team / cross-department projects to accelerate
internal/external transformation towards new business opportunities, social
