What you'll do
In this role, you will become a crucial part of Henkel dx and its mega platform RAQN. You will work cross-functionally to steer product development from conception to launch by connecting both the technical and business world. You will be responsible for a product and its success including roadmap planning, requirements definition, developing respective features, and operating the product. In addition, you will be preparing release plans, determining sprint goals, prioritizing features as well as develop and use metrics to constantly improve the business value in your area of responsibility.
- Create, manage and share the product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap
- Ensure transparency of requirements and account for product success
- Responsible for managing the product backlog
- Represent the voice of the customer
- Manage dependencies with other products
- Ensure a holistic view on the product which includes also legal, data governance, and compliance
What makes you a good fit
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant professional experience in product management, software development, or a related role combined with experience working in an agile development environment
- Familiarity with implementing CIAM solutions such as SAP Customer Data Cloud or Azure Active Directory B2C
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end omni-channel customer experiences paired with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of programming languages and technologies such as JavaScript, .NET, RESTful APIs, and C#
- Knowledgeable about data base schemas, automation, and scripting
- Excellent collaboration, communication and leadership skills while working with multi-national teams and departments
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as passion for security, identity management, and delivering secure digital experiences
- Fluent in English
